Where There's a Will, There's a Way
It's easy to feel trapped when you're stuck in the immediate view of your circumstances. Wherever you look there are brick walls and roadblocks, and people that seem to go out of their way to push you down.
But a simple shift in perspective can turn your seemingly hopeless situation, into an opportunity. And sometimes all you have to do, is ask the universe for a solution, and she will provide.
Have you ever agonised over a problem for hours, or days, or even weeks, and finally decided to talk to someone about it, and the moment you open your mouth and start relaying the story, the solution presents itself?
This used to happen to me ALL THE TIME. Until I finally realised that I need to get my thoughts outside of myself as early as possible, to find the solution.
I've been feeling trapped, almost imprisoned in my six month sentence at Border Village without a driver's license. And life has been made exponentially more difficult due to the tyrant warden of a manager I've had to put up with. And I continued to put up with it for so long, thinking there was no other option. Until I just couldn't handle it and asked the universe for a solution. And. She. Provided. She provided me with another job in the Northern Territory, friends who are able to drive me out of here to Adelaide and another friend who is going to drive me to the next destination: the desert! Hallelujah!
However intense and unending our suffering feels at the time, it is only temporary. Nothing in life is permanent. The world is a truly amazing place, if you choose to see it as such. I love life!
